I founded In-Food Consulting to support, as an expert consultant, the food ingredients industry in business development of true healthy, responsible and enjoyable food.

I worked previously in the food ingredients business for more than 25 years in various positions of R&D, application, technical service, innovation, new business development, marketing and regional and global product management, for different regional mid-sized companies as well as international companies, e.g. Tate & Lyle, Kerry, Cargill, Evonik and BASF.
I have a master degree in food science and in business management and marketing and a deep technical knowledge in life science, biochemistry, food & beverages formulation and processing, cuisine, flavour chemistry and formulation, nutrition and health.
Throughout my career, I operated on various technologies and ingredients, including among others, flavours, seasonings, plant extracts, plant and animal proteins, fibres, sugar and sodium reduction, (pro)biotics, minerals & vitamins, precision fermentation.
With proven results, I acquired a robust expertise in new business and product development, understanding market needs and trends and developing and commercializing innovative solutions, in product strategy, in M&A, identifying targets and conducting due diligence, transition and integration, in competitive intelligence, in profit optimization and in project management, working with cross-functional transversal teams.
